My work focuses on analyzing the relationship with the unconscious and conscious mind within each client. I am committed to a life-long journey of increased compassion for self and others and invite clients to do the same. Here are some of the ways that you may benefit from our work together.

Focus on deep-rooted patterns, past experiences, and current stressors that bring these patterns to present day
Help with self-awareness, emotional regulation, and breaking unhealthy cycles

Provide a safe space to navigate identity, emotions, and social pressures
Help build coping skills for anxiety, self-esteem, and school stressors

Focus on improving communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection

My goal is to help cultivate an environment where you can heal and focus on growing consciousness. I connect with my clients with active listening, patience, curiosity, and with the intent to collaborate. I approach clients directly and with compassion to cultivate a container for tapping into the unconscious. Each new therapeutic relationship is approached an intent to integrate what fits best for the needs of each client.
